Yes. English360 offers a 10% discount for students with valid ID. To activate your discount, upload your ID to your profile, and the system will automatically apply the reduced rate to each booking.

Of course! Our family accounts allow up to 4 members with an additional 15% discount on each monthly subscription. You can manage accounts from a single dashboard and share lessons among members.

Yes. If you’re not satisfied with your first class, you can request a teacher change at no additional cost. Our team will help you find a teacher whose methodology best suits your needs.

We offer monthly and quarterly plans. With a subscription, you pay a fixed fee and receive credits to book classes based on the plan you choose. Unused credits roll over during the subscription period. You can pause or cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard.

All of our teachers have at least three years of experience teaching English internationally and are TEFL/TESOL certified. Plus, each profile features ratings and reviews from previous students so you can choose with confidence.

You can cancel without penalty up to 24 hours before the class. After that, we’ll apply a 50% partial refund. If the teacher cancels, you’ll automatically receive a full refund.
